Republic Services - hazardous materials coming out of truck onto street with 100+ kids

On 05/10/2019, the garbage collection provider Republic Services serviced our sight and left us with used needles all over the ground afterwards. This is very hazardous and unsanitary. We experience garbage all over our neighboorhood every time they service, which is on Tuesdays and Fridays. The driver throws the cans around and damages them. After counting, I have 31 trash cans damaged out of 35. Put in numerous complaints dating back to 2016, and nothing has been resolved.
