Cracker Barrel

I placed an order over the phone for pickup on 3/20/19 at Store#650 Valley Station, KY. Spent a little over $48.00 and the food was terrible. I live only 10 minutes away and when I got home with my meals everything was cold. I ordered the roast beef and it tasted so old. Even smelled old. Had to just throw it out. The order of dumplings were not even juicy. They were dried up and pasty. The classic cheeseburger was greasy. To top it all off, I had ordered biscuits and gravy and we got the biscuits and no gravy. We just had a bad experience all and all. So disappointed. I don't think we will ever go back.
