Cracker Barrel

We were in your store and thought we would get something to eat and take it to go because we had a puppy with us, So I ordered 2 short stacks and a break fast sandwich. It took so long to get it well over 45 minutes, and the short stacks were cold and one order was like rubber and very dark on the side that they put down so you couls not see them. I brought back one order and said maybe they should give this to the cook and make them eat them. It was the week of october 16, 2023. And at one point when I checked on the food if you want to call it that they could not find order.
