I attempted to place a to go order, and was left to feel as if I wasn't important enough. I called 3 times, all 3 times Melondie, I assume whom wad the cashier answered. The first time being transferred to an answer machine, I chalk up to a common mistake. I called back an explained to Melondie what happened, and she transferred to an answer machine again. I attempted a 3rd time and once again to my surprise, Melondie answered, mind you in the 3 attempts I've explained that she has transferred me to an answer machine, her response was to let her transfer me. I then ask to speak with a manager, and after a long wait someone named Pam came to the phone to tell me they were busy but she could now take my order.
