Chili's Grill & Bar

During a July 21st visit to chilli's located on 5880 Antioch Rd, Merriam Kansas.My husband and I went in for lunch around 1pm. The hostess informed us there would be a 20 min.wait. As the restaurant was kind of busy.We could see open booths.After 20 mins the hostess asked if we wanted to sit at the bar.No we want a booth.After 5more mins.a group behind us was ushered into a booth.As a hostess.I feel there was a lack of management on scene and the hostesses were very inefficient and there facial expression there not happy and there are so rude both of them.We will not visit your restaurant anytime soon.
