Meijer - waiting 10- 15 min for checkout approval

I shop here all the time and was completely disappointed by experience tonight. I went in for 4 items, one being wine. Store wasn't that busy and Gentleman working self checkout even acknowledged me and walked off. I ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes before a lady finally authorized my DL and I proceeded to finish my checkout.

Really disappointed and discouraged from this experience tonight,
