Starbucks

I ordered a venti sweet vanilla coldbrew. I waited approximately 20 minutes after watching multiple customers who ordered after me walk about with their orders and finally asked. They looked around for my ticket and couldn't find it and a couple seconds later they brought me out a random drink with nothing but sweetness. It definitely was not a sweet vanilla cold brew. When I asked about what it was they said it is what I ordered and didn't offer to correct the problem.
