I needed to cancel our order due to Ashley not being able to deliver out mattress set on date agreed upon.
Order [protected] was cancelled on April 12th. Now customer service is telling me they need to reissue ticket for credit and wait another 7 -10 days for the credit to appear in our account. This is totally unacceptable. Difficult to reach anyone to find out how to resolve and manager unavailable.
Desired outcome: Need credit to show in account today
