7/16/19 thru 7/18/19 ST. Louis to Chicago on Texas Eagle Trains 22 and 21

over 4 hours delay on 7/16/19... had to rush to get to hotel then to theater to see Blue Man Group... no time to feed kids. We had planned on sight seeing that afternoon since we were only on a 3 day trip to Chicago.

4.5 hours delay on 7/18/19... Amtrak employees at Chicago Union Station were not friendly or helpful. Not enough waiting room in Chicago either.

Both days were mechanical problems with trains.

Very disappointed in our first trip on Amtrak... requesting a refund for our trip.
