Arby's - A very unprofessional employee

I walked into the arbys in marion il on wednesday april 26th 2023. There was a line and the cashier was doing her hair not taking orders but doing her hair. In the front of the restaurant where customers are. Also it was at the counter where the food is served. I was disgusted and walked out without ordering. Great customer service. Ignoring customers and doing hair.

Desired outcome: an apology would be nice and maybe retrain employees on proper customer service
