Domino's Pizza

Bad service!

On superbowl sunday I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:00 p. M. Yes, it's a busy day at pizza places. But i'm pretty sure they knew it was super bowl sunday.

So do you think I received those pizzas I ordered? No. So I called. And called. And called. And for 5 hours, no one answered the phone. No one contacted me about my order. And no pizzas came. At 10:05 pm, I finally got someone on the phone and he assured me i'd be refunded my money. And for 24 hours I was. And then these thieves charged me again for the pizzas that they never delivered. I've had to contact national, have sent emails... This is a nightmare. Never do business with this franchise!
