CosmoProf Beauty - Manager is harassing me

Cosmeproof manager is harassing me and telling other employees that she will fire me and she took money from the register n when I was closing the draw that time money was short... And now she is planning to fired me

Desired outcome: Manager name is Joyce Magnuson Kosin (Joyce)
