Big O Tires

Went in for flat repair, on 4/22/23. they stated I needed a new tire cuz the nail was in the corner side wall. I asked about the warranty on the tire , they stated I didn't have one. Just looked on my original invoice which was dated 2/15/2021 when I bought the tires and it states tire protection plan abs 3 year warranty for free replacement for road Hazard. They charged me for a brand new tire even when it was covered under the warranty
