I went to Sam`s today (1/29/25 around 9:30)to get customer service. I tried to talk to the manager. He said he was the manager and asked me why I was doing this and he was very rude.( The manager`s name is Dotti)
I showed him the rice I took because the foreign substance was so disgusting( this is the second time it was found in the rice. The first time my husband threw it away, but it was so strange that the same substance came out again so I showed him the story and he made me feel racist by raising his voice so much that. I felt insulted because he didn`t understand English. He asked me what nationality meant. I was so shocked and felt miserable. How can someone like this be the manager of such a big company?
I am also disappointed in Sam`s.

Sam's Club - Service has plunged below par.
Last week February 8, 2021 at approximately 7:30 PM I tried once again to use my Sam's Club credit at the checkout stand I then went to customer service asked him if I could use my credit of $74 to purchase my groceries they said no I can go to member services next time I come in and get a gift card with the $74 on it today at 6:58pm I went to member services desk and for 27 minutes went back-and-forth with the lady at the counter and someone over the phone which was again unsuccessful I have tried in vain to use this credit of mine being a "plus member" I am extremely disappointed at the service that I received I am disabled I do not require a cane or a wheelchair but I do have nerve damage that impairs me from standing in one place for too long the 27 minutes was a waste of time and literally a pain

Your snack bar is totally disorganized
Waited half an hour after ordering a hot dog
Still no hot dog
I asked for and got my money back
The employees were nice but everyone was standing around waiting for their food & getting frustrated
It was not particularly busy around 3:30pm on 4/21/18
Seems like a small thing but to be truthful this happens a lot, people waiting forever to order and then get their food
You guys could be making money hand over fist at this concession but you are just wasting a great opportunity
Four registers ...only one open...only one person bringing up food orders
Why even have a concession?
Costco concession is busy like hell all day with at least half a dozen registers open and a ton of people working behind the counter
In Hawaii we love to snack while we are shopping and we like Sams a lot but your snack bar at this store is really sad
