Be mindful I have everything on recording I'm very much so upset I have to speaking with so-called managers it was not giving any kind of help I even asked if I could file a complaint with them and I was referred to the website... Upon arrival I ordered two chicken sunriser combo I received two spicy patties in which my child who has allergies bit into one two times and went into anaphylactic shock he was taken directly hospital after I had to pull over and administer epie pen I cannot file a complaint online your website is not working nobody is answering the phone my child health is in dire need of restoration he is now home on 13 different medications for his allergies and asthma when I went back to the restaurant I was only giving a refund for $13.92 and there were no employees just the two managers who are all trained in food safety preparation of the patties there's a difference between spicy and regular my son was giving spicy he blindly bit into it and now he is still recovering I asked how can I file a complaint they referred for me to go online and which nothing works online all the links are broken and I have not received any feed back
Claimed loss: $5000 medical bill epie pen administrator multiple breathing restoration tactics and multiple medications I'm missing days from work taking care of him and he's missing days
Desired outcome: I want my son medical bills paid

I arrived at 10:53 a.m., I waited for about 2:30 minutes (thirty) for my order to be taken. I was told, "breakfast is over." I asked, "what time do you stop serving breakfast?" Indignantly the representative said, "11:00 a.m." I said, "it's 10:55 a.m., I'd like to place a breakfast order." "I told you, breakfast is over." "I waited for two minutes and thirty seconds in the drive-thru and I still have five minutes before it's 11:00 a.m." "You didn't wait for two minutes and thirty seconds and breakfast is over." "If it's not 11:00 a.m., breakfast is not over." Reluctantly, the representative took my order. When she repeated my order it was wrong. I had to repeat it three times. When I received my order it was wrong and I had to go back through the drive thru. I was on the expressway when I realized that the representative didn't give me my combo drinks. Your Union City store closed because the personnel were "ghetto". This store is no better.
