My two handicapped aunts went to use the bathroom. A short heavy short haired african american woman would not let them in. Made them wait standing outside for almost 10 min before letting them in knowing they were there. Threw bags of garbage when leaving bathroom and when they did finally get in bathroom was filthy. Then complains about having to clean it! She has no business in customer service
