I was on more than one occasion told by your colleagues at AutoNation that my attitude and motivation would
be the deciding factors in getting this position, and not my written skills and experience. In fact, I was told that many professionals like myself have successfully made this same career transition, and that I was an ideal candidate, even with the skills set and experience that I currently possess. I am registering this complaint with both you and the Better Business Bureau on the basis
of apparent age discrimination, and will seek legal counsel if need be.
