Gerber Collision & Glass

I have left my car in Gerber Collision and Glass. When I got the car back, there was a terrible odour in the car. It was impossible to drive. I called to this company and asked what they have done with it. It turned out that there was a rodent in the trunk, but they didn’t want to help me now. The rep was nervous and told that there was no such odour before, so I should solve this problem on my own. I think he is lying, but I can do nothing with them.
