RaceTrac - Gas pumps constantly out of order. Rude staff when inquiring

We are huge fans of Racetrac. I have been using them in Florida for years, so when they built a Racetrac on Kanner Hwy near our home we were pleased.
There are always issues with the pumps. At times, none of the pumps work. When inquiring about the pump issues, employees are rude or indifferent. Unacceptable
We now go to an alternate gas station nearby. One with pumps that work and more polite employees
