Sonny's BBQ - Dinner

Ordered the family bundle and got 2 orders of ribs asked for extra sauce on it they never put sauce on it so they were dryed out and cornbread dry as could be and food was cold paid almost $60 even shows on receipt extra sauce very disappointing only ate 6 ribs out of the 2 racks between 3 adults on 6/1/23 at 3:49 pm family meal pick 2 would like this resolved soon thanks

Desired outcome: Please refund on my card that was used also I would appreciate a response
