Timeshares By Owner

I was charged $2,000 to market my timeshare (see attached contract), but nothing has happened in all that time. I have been contacted for more money to continue their efforts, but nothing has been done on my behalf to sell my property as of this date september 9, 2020. My property is not even listed on their website, as promised. I realize that there was no guarantee going into this, but nothing has been done with my $2,000 investment.
