We are a non-profit school that has been shut down by the governor because of Covid19. We were 3 days late paying our bill and you charged us $75? And there is NO grace? We're going to need to get our PPP loan just to pay your outlandish and un-american fee. How could your company be so un-relenting during this time? Like our $145 really put you in a bind for those 3 days. We are waiving our parents late fees for the rest of the school year!
