Whataburger - Extremely long lines/ wrong orders

They have 2 lanes and never utilize the second lane to take orders causing extremely long lines that go out on the main street. If that's not bad enough they never get my order right. Always forgetting fries. This is absolutely the worst whataburger I have been to. I have to go to this one because I live out in the country and this is the closest whataburger.

Desired outcome: Open up the damn 2nd lane!
