Moe's Southwest Grill - Service

Attempted to get waited on at the Lakeland Moe's on 3945 US Hwy 98 at 3:30 Pm 1/13. There were two employees behind the counter and another talking to one on the other side. We waited 5 minutes for somebody to take our order or even acknowledge we were there. I even said excuse me I have a question and nobody again acknowledged me. There was nobody in the restaurant, just us!

Desired outcome: Acknowledge you care about your customers!
