Arby's

I went to the drive window, and I order some food. I live within walking distance of the store. I went home, and after 3 hours, I went to work and stopped at a gasoline station and found that I did not have my card with me. I did call the store because that was the last place that used my card. They answered and told me that the card was there. I said to them, I would pick it up. I had to go back and pick it up, and I was late for work of 35 minutes. This is the second time the manager has made a mistake with me. This can not happen again. Credit cards are supposed to be handled back before the food is given to the customer.
