I am a freight manager at dollar tree and on june 29, 2020 while performing my duties, I was unloading a truck and got a severe pain in my testicle area. Store manager sent me to hospital and upon examination found a severe hernia in need of surgery. I filed all paperwork in early july, it is now october and still have not been approved for surgery or any pay, I am about to go homeless, I am now 3 months behind on all bills and no one has an answer. I have hired an attorney but still nothing can anyone help.
