Pollo Tropical - Chicken wings

On my lunch break 11-15-2019, I decided to try out the new five chicken wing deal! As I. drove to the drive thru window the staff were all playing around and it took forever for someone to come to the window! When I go back to my job and open the box my chicken wings were burnt very bad! I wasted my whole break and didn't have time to return! Never going back!
