Starbucks - Nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream

Good morning,

I purchased a grande nitro cold brew from the Starbucks off of Orange camp road in DeLand, FL. I pre ordered it so I could pick it up and make it to work on time. I took a sip of my coffee while driving to work and had to spit it out. The nitro tasted like a cup of cleaner or chemicals. It even smells like cleaner. I did not have time to take the coffee back before work. I would like to be compensated for the poor quality of the beverage.
