This group is the most deceitful bait and switch company I have ever experienced. They also do not want to speak with their customers directly. I have tried calling the store directly to check the status of my order, I am provided with a different number that then puts me on hold for minutes at a time. They are not customer friendly nor are they professional when I try to get information. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still don't have my glasses. At this point, I would prefer to get my money back and go elsewhere with my business. I would like to give my money to people who appreciate and treat customers with respect.
