I spent $131 on March 21, 2023. I asked for my receipt by email. When I tried to make a return I realized there was no receipt but there was a survey showing every item I bought - a picture but not the price, They told me I had to contact Barclay Bank by fax ($10.00). I explained the problem. I got a letter saying they would not help because I bought the merchandise in the store and “had the opportunity to examine it” so couldn’t return it to the Newark, DE store where I bought it. I’ve never heard of such a policy?
