Extra Space Storage

I rent a storage unit at extra space storage in Lakewood. I spoke to Michelle a few days ago & asked if it would be ok to pay on friday when i got paid? She said its ok. No worries. She also said just so i know that i wouldn't be able to access entrance to my unit until i paid the full amount 97.00. I did but they charged my card 107.00 instead of 87.00. My bill is $87.00. My credit card was charged $107.00 and now currently saying the bill is changed to $99 for November. Its not fair to keep over charging me. Please have someone from corporate. Call me.
