I now, today in the United States, publicly apologise for the lavishly loud complaint from Bank of America, one of the largest companies in the world. I'd like to describe the situation at 10:30 this morning at the L.A. Olympic, Western without any personal feelings. =About six guests were waiting in line in front of me as I walked in. A few minutes later, 10 or 13 people were behind me. There were three employees in the window, one was busy with the work, and two welcomed the guest. There were six of us outside at the customer service center, three of us talking to the customer, and three of us working on the computer. One of the two customer's employees in the window was 20 minutes past due to a lot of money and a lot of money. The other one was greeting you for the second time.
