I had scheduled purchase installation of tires for my car - after receiving text message and phone call from AT that tires were ready for install I arrived at 2:00pm but they informed me they were “backed up” and I needed to leave car BUT TOLD ME NO SHUTTLE so I had to pay for $20 +tip Lyft - then 4 hrs later at 5:45pm AT called me to tell me that they could NOTget hub caps off tires and didnt have tool to get them offf so told me I had to come pick up car and go get hub caps loosened taken off and then for me to bring car back again following day - this required another TWO $20 +tips Lyft rides back to pick up car then another lyft to bring me back home while they installed tires finally! This now cost me over $75 (incl tips) in Lyft rides (on top of HIGHT COST OF TIRES) due to Americas Tire poor customer service and inability to perform “basic tire shop duties”!

Americas Tire needs to reimburse me for the $75 (incl tips) in Lyft rides I was required to pay for due to Americas Tire poor customer service and inability to perform “basic tire shop duties”! *CONTACT ME BACK TO ARRANGE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE $75 (incl tips$) + I HAD TO PAY IN LYFT RIDES AS A RESULT OF AMERICAS TIRE FAILURE TO PROPERLY INSTALL TIRES I PAID FOR!

PS:; ALSO AT REPS LIED TO ME GAVE ME DIRECT “ OUT DOOR w/EVERYTHING QUOTE THEN TRIED TO RAISE IT $35 AFTER TIRE ORDER PROCESSED - BUT I PROVED THEIR LIE SO THEY FINALLY REIMBURSED ME THE OVERCHARGE! TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!
