I have submitted a request for help and got a return email from Cecil.
I am still unable to sign up, is there a phone number I can call? I signed up as told and went to the site that says "Join". When I try to put in a username it won't take it. I have tried several different ones, using numbers, capitalized letters and .com after. I tried Bigarthouse1.com and the first time I tried this several days ago I got all check marks but when it came to the "submit" button, nothing happened. Please help me
