They charged my cc $96. April 5 to renew subscription. I didn't want to renew, but could not contact anyone to cancel. I disputed with my cc and they credited my cc on April 17. CC company debited my account on April 20 saying they could find no cause for dispute. In the meantime, my account with DoorDash was canceled, I could not log in or use the service. Tried chat room, could not make them understand what was happening. Tried mailing DoorDash, and got ignored, don't know what else to do to get my $96. back for a service I cannot access.
Desired outcome: All I really want is my $96.00 back, because I am locked out of using any of DoorDash services.
