Liberty Tax Service - They took alot of my refund

I was getting 4503 for federal and 360 from state I had got a 500 dollars loan so they keep my state to go towards my loan so I just owed 140 dollars more so after liberty tax took I was supposed to get 3815 dollars and after they took the 140 I should of got back 3665 around there no I got back 3299 I show you

Desired outcome: I just want what they owe me
