Trader Joe's

We paid for one paper bag.10 cents only to come home and have both handles pop off causing our groceries to drop to the ground. Our olive oil we just purchased smashed into pieces all over the driveway and getting oil all over everything left inside the bag. We would like to be reimbursed for the oil and the bag that didn't hold up. Thank you.
