Old Navy - Customer service experience

I went to Old Navy recently on 3/25/2021 and the item I bought had a clearance price and when I went to check out the cashier stated it was a different price and took off the clearance sticker price. I ended up buying the item because my daughter really wanted it.

Desired outcome: price adujustment
