Tory Burch

Really poor customer service... I went twice to return two different sandles that were gifted and didn't have a gift receipt to it. And they both were same style sandles. Ask the manage for store credit or exchange for one of them. But he was very rude about the matter and just kept saying he won't give exchange or refund because I didn't have a receipt. I am sure all the store has policy for refund within 30 days or exchange the stuff if its in good condition and packaging. But I don't think the manager knows how to take care of their customer. People are not buying cheap stuff from you.. You could at least give a store and be polite. Would not recommend buying from tory burch as their return policy is horrible..
