I was sent a defective tree which has exposed wires and sticky with tape. The product is a mess and it was noticeable that this item had been returned by another customer. Inside the box was a note from a woman in Florida requesting full credit. Extremely disappointed with your merchandise. Also missing the so called ornaments (stars).
