T.J. Maxx

Hi,

I am customer of tjmaxx I recently purchased a rain coat in tjmaxx which costed me 60$. I didn't even wear it once, and tag is intact with it. But tax declined my return… Only because there are no receipt for my side. And the purchase was in below 15 days. They just scan the barcode and say we don't find this item in our system. I really regret shopping experience in tjmaxx. I even asked them to check my credit card status. They said no, we don't have such technology with us. This is my bad experience over there. Please respond and resolve my issue.
