The date started in early December and through today, 01/03/2022.
Every time I go to check out my order, it will not allow me to do so... Rejecting my card... For which there has never been a problem... Anywhere else.
When you call to complain... there is a significant wait to be connected. In the four calls I made, the wait was from 29 minutes to 1hr 6Â min. When you explain the issue... you are told your account will need to be reset and that will take up to an hour. I wait the 1 hour and try again to no avail. I call again and again wait over an hour for a pick-up. Then I am told a supervisor will get back to me sometime today. Call never comes. Order remains in basket.
Two days later, still no resolution. This scenario is repeated over and over again. I am sure I am not alone in experiencing such ineptitude... Which is exonerated by an attitude of "sorry, I will once again attempt to reset your account.
Von's should not have entered the online grocery market, if in fact they were not prepared to do so... offering a minimal"customer service" protocol.
Desired outcome: I do not believe that Von's has a viable solution. I also, do not believe they care...or do not give their represenatives viable solutions
