Born Shoes / Born Footwear

Born shoes will not give out information on how to return a shoe that is defective unless you can return the shoes to the retail store where purchased. This is not possible because it was purchased in another state. The shoes are defective. The return policy is vague. I am very disappointed. The shoes should last longer than a year or two with very little use.
