Starbucks - Service

Pulled up to the drive through at around 7:45 pm. Store hours say it is supposed to be open til nine, lobby closes at 7:00pm. Waited ballpark 5-10 minutes, no response from restaraunt, place looked closed down. Left without service.

Desired outcome: Answer the drive through window when lobby is closed
