Whataburger - Burger served missing beef patty

After waiting in drive thru for a half hour, my wife bought me and her a burger for lunch. She brought mine home so I could get it when I came home. I had to reheat the burger, so I took it apart to heat just the patty, and low and behold the patty was missing.. This location recently opened on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, not a very good first impression. I have NEVER had that happen at any fast food restaurant. $6.00 for a piece a chees on a bun. What a disappointment.

Desired outcome: I would like a replacement burger
