Liberty Tax Service - Tax prep

Filed taxes with Liberty Tax Service (300 Diamond Blvd) in March, was to no contact tax prep during the pandemic. I was contacted and for some reason I had to come in to pick up WHAT? It was to be no contact. I had to travel for work, I have yet to see my tax return or refund.

Desired outcome: Get my tax return, refund and an explanation of what no contact means
