We are a small business; we have a non-profit Supported Living Home for 4 developmentally disabled men. We started Unified Global and the service what they promised to give us was not acceptable. We had phone service that sounded like we were under or dropped calls.
Fax scanner and printer will not work. One of our residents were in the hospital and I could not send Medical Administration Registration to them via fax. Each resident was to have their own phones, and they were not getting that independence to have that, they did not work
Tv would not work, all it did was buffering residents could not watch tv

Claimed loss: Time loss on not performing work, loss of independence for residents not having their own phone line for privacy, loss of being able to talk on the phone with DSHS, they could not hear me.
Desired outcome: The service of having 99.999% excellent service was not met. Dissolve the contract, and release the original phone numbers without charging us 11,200
