I have spent the last few weeks trying to get TH to honor their "Money Back Promise."
They refuse to refund my membership fee even though I have filed twice, and I believe I was well qualified both times.
They added additional criteria after the first refund request, then repeatedly ignored pointed questions about the second request- dragging the matter out, until finally stating that the matter cannot be further contested “because you're currently over the years membership†even though the second was also filed during my membership.
Desired outcome: full and timely refund of my membership fee, and an apology for the sexist microaggressions on the part of their customer service chap would be nice too.
