I am writing to formally escalate my case regarding my order marked as delivered, which I did not receive.
According to the delivery confirmation from FedEx, the package was signed for; however, I want to clearly state that this signature is not mine, and I did not authorize any third party to receive the package on my behalf. This indicates that the delivery was completed incorrectly or at the wrong address.
As the customer, I did not receive the merchandise I purchased, and therefore this constitutes a failed delivery. I respectfully request that Reformation initiate a claim directly with FedEx and resolve this matter by issuing a full refund
They are with the same about policies but i have seen in here and in BBB.org that they do refund missing packages. I cant pay for a 1500 usd for an order lost and they are like the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, the chat never works, impossible to call by phone.
NEVER EVER EVER buying again...
