I went in to a Pep Boys location on 5/15 and was given the resolution for the problem that I was having with my Chevy 2013 Chevy Captiva by Manuel the store manager, they charged me 1163.00 and it is still doing the same thing, I went back on 5/21/2025 he gave me the problem spent seven hours on the car, then stated to me he was not going to charge me that they could not solve the problem, this guy Manuel took advantage of me and to add I'M a senior citizen I want a refund for what I paid! .
